Anita Holland Interiors opened their new studio at The Cedar Street Design Center in 2001. Abundant light and a spacious interior that was originally The Pattern Shop for a cast iron foundry provide a functional and aesthetic environment for our extensive library of fabrics, wall coverings, carpets and trim and an extensive range of catalogs in print and on-line. “To the trade” showrooms are adjacent to the studio allowing for immediate accessibility to memos and resources.
“Before we go to the drafting board, we need to know how the clients live and what their interests and passions are. Defining their personal lifestyle and evaluating their decorating goals are the first steps in the design process. This sets the stage for the design process to begin and the client/designer relationship to evolve.”
